[Store] Store Stealing IP

This is the classic vending machine scenario. You know, when you put in your quarters but don't get your soda. Tragic. I had 16,320 IP saved up, and I decided to spend it on 9 Greater Marks of Scaling Health and 9 Greater Glyphs of Scaling Health. I opened the Store, navigated to the Runes page, and bought the marks. They costed me 7,380 IP, so I had 8,940 at this point. Then I purchased the glyphs; however I didn't see my balance go down .. so I made a second attempt at buying them, and the Store displayed an error saying that I didn't have enough IP (even though my balance still displayed 8,940). I looked through my runes to see if I had the glyphs, but they weren't there.

I restarted the client. When I logged back in, my IP balance said 1,560 so I thought perhaps it had bought the runes after all. But when I checked my runes again, the glyphs weren't there. I looked at my Purchase History to double-check, and it shows the marks I bought but not the glyphs. I restarted the client again a few minutes later just to make absolutely sure. No glyphs.

Long story short: the Store charged me 7,380 IP but didn't give me the glyphs I paid for. I believe the bug might have occurred because I tried to purchase the glyphs directly after buying the marks, without refreshing the page first ( I remember the Store used to refresh the page after every purchase, but since they updated it, it doesn't do that anymore). Since it's only IP it's not a big deal I guess; no angry customers here. Although I am kinda irritated because it takes awhile to save up 7k. Oh well. :(
