How to fix crashes after you choose you champion

For a long time a was getting the back screen right after I chose my champion, it got so bad that there was a 20 minute ban before each match. I had tried several different things and tired to navigate the confusing web sights. I finally found the answer after you choose you champion you will get the black screen, then after a while it should say, cancel or try again, when this happens hit cancel. There should be a page that says the game crashed, then turn you wifi on and off, on the page that it says it crashed click reconnect and you should be in.
