Black screen on champ select - blamed for queue dodge

Queue popped, then I'm left with a solid black screen outside of the border interface options (chat...etc).

Now i"m stuck waiting for a game. It's only 6 minutes this time but had this been a 15-30 minute wait sort of situation (which, due to the new leaverbuster system, you can't bypass by any means,) it'd be the sort of thing that would result in my final game of League. I have other MOBA's, and while I enjoy the game, being punished for behavior that is the clients and not my own isn't fair, and it isn't fun.

Please work to resolve this, it isn't the first time something very similar has happened. Thanks.
