Hextech Chest and Key mia [Gameplay]

So i just got an S on soraka. I got the chest as i was supposed to. I used one of the keys i had and opened the chest. It was taking a lot longer than the chest i opened two games ago, so i thought it was just some issue that relogging would fix. So i exited the client, then reopened it. And when i came back, i was missing a key and the chest, and got nothing new
