SION - bug - "Q" and "R"

I have had this twice to myself and been in an ARAM where someone else on team reported that the "Q" and "R" are non responsive in the game yet u can type the letters in chat and works just fine. But the abilities just won't work when pushing the letters. Fix would be great.
