Hextech Crafting

I recently got an S game with Rengar, but I didn't get any Hextech Crates. I've only gotten two Hextech Crates, not including the free one, for Alistar and Poppy so I was wondering if there is more to the time limit than I thought or a bug or something. Any additional information would be helpful. Thank you for your time.
