[CLIENT] Cannot Complete Purchases, Cannot Open Store.

The client store is not working, and various other ways to buy champions or skins are also bugged (shown in video, I can't buy skins through the champion description window). Not going to lie, my client has been bugged like this for quite a long time (only 1 day for the store, but for months with the inability to purchase champions/skins in the champion description window).

Repairs/uninstalls don't fix it, however logging on in a different computer helped solve the black box that was the store. The black box issue was of course still present when I went back to my computer, and the purchase issue with the champion window never goes away, leading me to believe that it may be an issue with my personal account.

This is frustrating to me because I make videos, and the champions that I play are usually based around new skins that come out, and I can't showcase new things currently! I hope that this is fixed very soon, thank you Riot.
