[Client] Weirdness with lag, camera lag, and sound.

So, logging on today, the first game I got into was lagging badly, and it hadn't been yesterday or before. I was playing a ranked match, and it made camera movements jerky, and the sound was coming out weird too, every once in a while it would make a low pitched sound, as though trying to play a bunch of sounds at once. That happened the whole match. Somehow, despite the lag, my hooks and such were on point (I was playing Thresh, which requires good aim, which is tough with lag), and we won handily. The next two matches I played later on in the day were just as bad, we won one but I was having a lot of trouble (partly due to lag and partly due to my Razer mouse suddenly not using the mouse button customization I had set up for it), and then the next one was a loss, despite the fact I had restarted the computer and got the Razer working again. The lag, camera move lag, and weird sounds were constant throughout all 3 games, and made them much more difficult to play. Is there some sort of issue that can be fixed?
