[GAMEPLAY] Jarvan IV Tiamat no aoe effect

When lasthitting a minion with very low hp (under 5% or so), after the attack animation finishes, Tiamat's aoe dmg is not dealt and doesn't appear visually either. I recreated the bug in Practice mode by buying a Tiamat and waiting for a minion to fall to low health and attacking it.
