Help meh plz

Encountering a bug every so often where game keeps crashing on startup i close out and reconnect then the ui locks up and I cant minimize close out or interact with the ui while I see everything going on on the fountain and minimap. I am then forced to ctrl alt delete and do a complete shut down /sign out to forcibly close everything ( the only function that works to visibly alter the screen, if I have youtube/something with audio I can tell i can still interact with the programs the ui overlay is covering but not the ui itself.
