He isn't in the shop, and if i look in collection for him and press "unlock", they send me to the shop

Champs aren't released immediately on the patch, usually later on. I could be wrong, but I think it's so they don't crash the shop like they did with Gnar.

This happened to me too i am on EUNE but don't worry this isn't a bug the champion is avaible but not for sell maybe he will be for sell in 2-3 days on a short update..
