While playing Jhin with Soraka support, was in bot lane when enemy yasuo came into lane, he cast his third q for the knock up as he was silenced, later Zyra hourglassed and soraka silenced her just before she exited zonyas, she however continued to cast spells. attempted to recreate these in a custom game but could not. video below

Also kata can e out of the silence after zhonyias.

this is probably due to the silence being on too low a tick-rate to apply after the zhonyas. They should give it the rumble treatment and up that tick-rate to prevent people from just ignoring the silence
