Ability hotkeys stop working and manual use become pings. [GAMEPLAY]

Sometimes partways into a match my abilities stop working. Pressing the hotkeys does nothing and clicking on the ability to manual cast issues pings instead of using the ability.

It's happened to me twice as Fiora on SR (Draft Normals) and as Diana on HA (ARAM). My brother's also experienced it as Taric on HA (ARAM).

No idea at all how to recreate it but it's only seemed to happen since the last patch fwiw.

It's happened three times in my last ten or so games. Not sure how to get a video of it if it happens again (if someone could let me know, I'll update with a video of it happening.
