Anivia Q stun bug
OK here the thing, sometime even if the ennemis are right in the center of 
Q's and i make it explose early its doesn't stun the ennemis, i dont know if it happen to other but it acctually make me loose some game.

i had a few games where i thought i got the stun as well and it didn't stun your not the only only one man i feel ur pain with this bug
