[Gamplay] Ivern's Relic Shield Interactions

So it seems when Ivern's Bushmaker passive is active on himself and augmenting his auto attacks, that the Spoils of War passive of can only be proc'ed if the Bushmaker enhanced auto last hits the chosen lane minion. This is very annoying and causes ivern to leave his bushes and w/e zoning pressure he may be providing to wait out the 3 seconds of the passive to return to normal autos; not to mention fumbling canon kills for your lane.

Need that fix, plz! His character page says Ivern's main role is support after all, so I think it important that his ideal support item function with his support kit. Thanks!
