[GAMEPLAY] Active items disabled with Pantheon

I discovered this bug in a game of One For All as pantheon. It occurred when I died while ulting. When i respawned my active items, ravenous hydra and cystaline flask, were grayed over in the UI and I was unable to use them. When I used my ult again and completed the full animation I was able to use them again.
