[GAMEPLAY] Sion's E will not affect champions that are using a dash ability.

I am not absolutely sure if this applies to all dashes but while playing ranked yesterday I lost a bunch of trades because my e would fly through my opponent (not affecting them) even though I hit them in the middle of their dash ability. This was especially frustrating against a riven who can essentially dodge all of my poke since she has two dash abilities.
