Enemy Nidalee Visual Bug

While playing against Nid recently I have encountered many times when she shows up on the mini map in one location and is all the sudden sliding around and she suddenly pops up somewhere else.

For example her icon on the mini map shows her pop up bot lane then all of the sudden she actually shows up in mid lane and when she shows up mid lane the mini map icon slides from bot lane to mid lane even in the FOW.

Also this has only happened once but it is along the same lines: Nid's player graphic showed up mid lane and my team started to attack it while doing no damage all the sudden we were hit by a spear from wraith bushes. When we asked her in all chat she replied saying she had walked around wraiths and threw the spear from the bush but was not in the middle of the mid lane at all at that point.
