Splendid Staff Nami can't Auto attack

Whenever I use this skin for her, sometimes she randomly loses the ability to auto attack. I can't attack turrets or blast cones or champions. Casting abilities works fine, as does moving and placing wards. Besides being unable to auto attack, you are also are unable to click the store to open it, therefore resorting to using a key on the keyboard to do it. Doesn't happen on any other champ I've played on or with her normal skin.
