Crashing before loading screen

I'm starting to get tired of this bug. I'm about as casual a player as it gets yet every other week or so my game crashes before the loading screen and then it goes to the "Skip Waiting for Stats" thing meaning the client thinks the game is over when it hasn't started. My only option from here is to start a new game which I can't even do because half of it still thinks I'm in a game. The farthest I can get is "find match" which is clickable but then it grays out after I click it. I've already gotten 2 warnings for "leaving" the game so if I get banned or whatever for something like this I'm going to be even more upset.
