riot fix ranked dodging pls

i was in ranked solo/duo queue then i got a bugsplat in champ select i was in my promos for S3 then i dodged because my league client would not pull up and that ended my promos and -me lp i was at 82 lp now im at 79 i have to win 2 matches to get into promos rather than 1. i cant do anything i lost lp for something that wasnt my fault my pc rly good but can u fix this this has happened to be alot
