Champion Select Bug [Client]

I played a game with my friend (A) in the new champion select (normals). When the enemy team was on their last pick, the timer counted down and got stuck on 0. Both of us were kicked out of the game. and thought "oh, someone didn't pick".

Now we are both at the main page of the client, and looking at the shop. We decided to start a game. But when we tried to launch, it would send us back to the home page. I asked my other friend (B) who I was not playing with if the same thing was happening to him, and it wasn't. Friend B told me I was in game, even though from my point I was look at the shop.

It was about 10~ minutes(?) and I quit out of the client, and relogged. It said I was in game, and to reconnect. Friend A and I were reconnected into the game at about half way, so it was a 3v5 the whole time, and I didn't even know it.

I don't know how it happened.

SUMMARY: Disconnects you from champ select but you are still in a game, you just don't know it until you log out and log in again. We won cos carried.
