Frustrating Heimerdinger bug since patch 7.6 [GAMEPLAY]

[GAMEPLAY] Heimerdinger - Tricked into thinking you have turrets when you don't.

When you have 0 turrets available to set down and press Q it will show the range and target to set down a turret, but once you click to set the turret down nothing will happen as you have 0 turrets. This is extremely frustrating as under high pressure fights many Heimerdinger players wont have the ability to track how many turrets they have up and will just press Q to see. If the range comes up and the option to set down a turret, it is very misleading and it tricks you into thinking you have a turret when you don't. As I was making the video I though I would add in other bugs that have existed for many patches which also influence game play in a negative way. (Also I set down turrets as movement commands as I explain at the start of the video and if I have no turrets up when I click I will stand still [or continue moving in the same direction] which has gotten me killed several times in my previous game)

REPRODUCING THE BUG:

  1. Put at least 1 point into Q and set down all available turrets. -Make sure your not using quick cast
  2. press Q as if you have a turret available

The range and option to set down another turret will appear 100% of the time.

ANOTHER BUG I MENTION:

Since making the video I realised that I may understand why the turrets don't attack the inhib under some situations. I believe that as the inhib does not attack or do damage to the turrets it doesn't prompt the turrets to attack back.

Yes very annoying. I though I had ping problems. Stood there spamming q shouting at the computer till i realised i didn't have any left.

Fortunately the turret placing bug does not block other spells usage so it doesn't affect game much, but for ppls that don't use smartcast like me its very noticeable, and it wasn't like that before, it should say the spell is not available or something and not "half-cast" it. About the shutdown on inhibitor bug, that is a truly annoying one, lost games cause of it, when trying to backdoor inhib and turrets do not work it's rly frustrating. Fix pls, GJ on sharing the bug m8.
