there is a bug with kha'zix where you evolve his ult and walk in bushes it doesn't go off the invis and is unfair to someone who evolves it and gets screwed over because of it

That was removed in patch 8.11.

Interesting. Have you tried it in Summoner's Rift yet? If it doesn't work there, have you tried reading what evolving his ult does?
