What the ****?

Okay so I'm experiencing two annoying bugs with my client. One is that the Icon on my desktop for League Of Legends is a piece of a paper (Basic Document). The other bug is much more annoying and really effecting my games every once in a while. So if I use tab+alt to minimize my client in game to call someone on skype or something and I come back all I can do is ping (my left mouse button becomes a button where I ping) move, auto attack, and type. Can anyone help me? I know some people might say "Just call ppl on skype before the game lol" but sometimes they call me during game which forces me to minimize my client.
