Can't Purchase RP

Story.

I Tried to go to the store to finally buy some rune pages, but the store was acting a little slow with my new computer so what happened was when I got to the store, I tried clicking in the "Purchase RP" Section, and nothing happened. No loading screen, no error messages, just a "Purchase RP" Button that literally does nothing. I figured it was my computer having issues, so I went back to my laptop and did the same thing. As expected, the same result happened, not being able to go onto the "Purchase RP" section because of useless button.

I also tried to unlock something with my lack of amount of RP to purchase more RP, but it won't let me get on the page as well, so I need help. I need rune pages
