[Gameplay] Janna Tornado & Xin Zhao E interaction

DON'T UNMUTE AUDIO. LOUD NOISE. As seen in the video, Xin charge appears to go through the tornado and not get knocked up. I haven't had this happen before and cannot reproduce it.

At first I thought perhaps he was behind the tornado when it goes off but you can clearly pause it when hes in front of it. So either he didn't get knocked up or didn't get hit at all, either due to a bug.
