Finished Chat restricted and immediately got restricted 1 hour later.

Its 3am over here in Florida, finished my final game of 500 games that I had to do for my chat restriction. An hour later I get immediately restricted again. People are saying this is a glitch, so I am asking if a red can please look into this. You're suppose to be reviewed by someone following the ending of your restriction right? They're suppose to look into your games to make sure you did them correctly and that you've made progress? Well I doubt anything like this happened and it just automated me back into chat restriction.
