Nidalee Spear

I've noticed lately (And I play A LOT of nidalee....) with my nidalee that occasionally her spears are going THROUGH players without hitting ever activating on their hit box. Almost as if there's a glitch where the hit box around the spear never gets created when the spear instance is created on cast. So you see the animation but there's no chance of it hitting anything, because it has no collision detection.

An instance of this was in a team fight, 4 enemy champions were squashing themselves through the path into next to baron from top jungle just below red buff. There wasn't a single space open as all 4 were literally taking up the entire ramp into river, I threw a spear backwards as I was running to try and inflict some damage and get one of them to back off...the spear went straight through all 4 of them, like literally passed between 4 champions that were standing shoulder to shoulder side by side.

And that's not the only time it's happened I have had this happen when throwing a spear for a kill, only to have the spear hit the target and not do any damage(i.e. the spear animation touches the champion and even goes past them slightly over their model and then just disappears).

Anyone else notice anything like this? (I have seen this with several other skill shots too, Ashe R Arrow being one of the other big culprits)
