[BUG] Issue buying a Namechange with IP

So this is basically my problem. Since two days or so i cant buy myself a namechange with IP because it tells me i have less IP on my Account than i actually have. If i try to buy it even tho the store says me i cant i get a message that there was a problem with the charge and i should try again; if the problem persists (which it obviously does, even relogging or trying on another computer gave no resolution) i shoult contact the support, which i did. Still i wait for an answer, but i want to make the problem public if it isnt already. I've read about more people having this issue since last patch, but some doesnt. Its weird.

My question is, does anyone else here have the same exact problem or even knowing a resulotion for this? Im kinda worried that the name i want will get taken in the meantime im here sitting with this stupid bug. Maybe Riot notices early enough to fix it; hopefully.
