[Gameplay] Lux ult

I don't have a video of it, but I'm sure enough people have seen it since around season 2 and you still refuse to fix it. Of course I'm sure most people know what I'm talking about, but for those who don't. Sometimes when you ult with Lux you'll hit the person, but it won't do damage or place her passive on the champion. Riot tried to push it off as "screen allignment", but that definitely isn't the case. This bug has been around too long for Riot to not notice it. It needs to be fixed.
