there is alwasy something wrong with my client when i start a game (not talking about tft)

Sometimes when I start a game i go to change my runes but when i click the edit rune button nothing shows up and i have to restart my client. Recently i started up a game and i didn't connect me to the game so i restarted my client and ran into the same issue.
