[GAMEPLAY] Teemo looks like a comet

After the first time uses (W) Move Quick, the animation is permanently stuck on him, even after the active wears off. This gives him the odd appearance of shooting blue light out of his butt all the time. I have noticed this on Happy Elf Teemo and Astronaut Teemo. I will test it on Recon Teemo and Super Teemo later.
