[Gameplay] Unable to see allied champions after reconnect

When I reconnected to an ARAM match after having monitor issues, I was unable to see any of my allies or to view/target our turret/inhib/nexus' health bar. I could still see my Ashe's arrows, Amumu's grab, and Bard's meeps following him around. Minions were fine though. Last, any time my teammates pushed ahead of me I could see any enemies that they saw, but the terrain around them was covered in fog of war as though they weren't there.

Edit: I didn't get a chance to try closing the client to fix it as we were either pushed to nexus or pushing back the entire game.
