Gameplay- Anivia Homeguard Slow

When Anivia gets homeguard she continuously loses move speed making it nearly impossible to leave the fountain. Even if you teleport out the slow continues for the entirety of the Homeguard buff. In the video staying in the fountain for 6 seconds made me go down to 98 movespeed and took even longer to leave.

Had this happen last night as well, will be reporting through official means. Happened on Blackfrost Anivia, and no other times.
