Stopped recieving bonus chest

I am one of those players that enjoys the challenge of getting a S or higher playing each champ to gain a chest. But lately on a total of 4 of my champs and now most recently Lux, i get the S or higher in this season, ( i check prior to playing for the check mark on chest obtained) which they do not have yet. I play and get the S, only to receive the S and nothing else. Did the rules change on the bonus chest for getting the S ranks or higher? if not then how can i collect my chest? It was working perfectly before the 2 most recent patches.

So now on a total of 6 champs, it says "CHEST OBTAINED" in my champion directory. But i did not receive a chest. Also on 3 of the champs, i didnt even get a S, but it says (Max score for this season A, A- , B+, and has a "Chest obtained" on it. All which are not true. I did not receive the chest at all.

NOTES:

• I have 4 chest available in my profile screen
• The champs i try to get the chest for i own, and are not free champions
