Shop glitch in the "Runes" tab (Client)

When I enter the shop it tells me that I have 2k+ IP. However, when I go into the runes tab and try to buy one it tells me that I only have 29 IP and can't purchase anything. I don't know what could have caused this, but it won't go away no matter how much i refresh the shop or relog. This is obviously very frustrating to me because it is stopping me from being able to advance in the game past this point without having proper runes. This started on Thursday 3/10 and is still a problem.
