Adding Bots to Custom Games Doesn't Work

I made a custom Summoner's Rift game and tried adding bots to the enemy team, but they just disappear 1 second after they're added.

To reduce server load during the TFT release you can temporarily only play custom games with 10 players.

I can confirm that bots aren't working, no matter what game mode you choose
