[Gameplay] Bard E + Fizz R = Super knock up

Found this during ranked play. To reproduce, use Bard and a champion with a delayed knock up ability (e.g. Fizz or Nautilus). To reproduce:

1.) Bard creates medium-long sized magical journey. 2.) Fizz or Nautilus uses their ultimate on Bard (or whoever intends to travel through the magical journey). 3.) The player that is soon to be affected by the knock up enters the magical journey with proper timing so that they are finishing traveling through it right as they are affected by the knock up. 4.) If timed properly, the bug will happen most, if not all of the time.

Tested on Fizz, have seen it happen before with Nautilus ult as well. Unsure if it is related to a previously patched graphical bug where Bard could "float" after traveling through a magical journey that put him on higher terrain on SR. Also noteworthy: Orianna ult + Bard E in a similar context have some potentially wonky interactions.

Also works with other knock ups when entering the journey, but is more difficult to pull off consistently.
