Legacy client not working patch 7.2

After I updated to patch 7,2 my legacy client will not launch, it brings me to my pbe launcher. i tried to delete pbe and the it just stopped working. i tried alot of things to fix it. Now i have no choice but to use the the client, that is quite terrible. though its replay and recording functions are quite cool.

Anyone knows anything?
