[GAMEPLAY]: Banner of Command does NOT give minions HP Regen, as it says in the tooltip.

Easy to check. Just get Banner of Command and stand next to a damaged minion. The tooltip on their buff says that it regenerates their HP, but their HP does nothing. Disappointment... this is one of my favorite items. Please fix it.
