Camera Locked Options
Fixed and Per-Side for top team is the same. Haven't had the chance to see how it is for bottom team.
Edit: Even for the blue team side, fixed and per-side locked screen is the same.

Clarification on what you're talking about?
Ah. I dunno man I don't use lock screen; I just abuse the space bar for the most part. I personally think it's a good habit to get into.
