Cannot Connect to ANY game. Not even customs.

To start off i don't know if my power flashing on and off did anything, however i was 40 seconds into a que when my power flashes on and off. I then start a game only to get a Cannot Connect little white box telling me i have a network issue. This being said i have tried EVERYTHING!! I have Followed the every single step on the Connection issues Guide. I have used the hex tech repair tool, i have uninstalled, i have even factory reset my computer. I am desperately looking for some insight on my issue. I have been trying everything the past 2 days now starting yesterday afternoon. I have made a ticket and no response.. Idk what to do this is my main game and i don't want to have to leave it like this. I don't know if this is an account issue but at this point it is the only thing i haven't tried. Is trying a different account. Please someone help me. I am up for linking any information needed is necessary.
