[Gameplay] Yorick- rylai's sceptor doesn't work with Yorick's minions

When playing Yorick, i chose rylai's sceptor but noticed that the ghouls didn't seem to proc it. I thought the mistwalkers summoned from graves might not count as summoned minions so i tried it with the Maiden and the ghouls summoned with her but it still wouldnt proc with those ghouls or the maiden.
