Stuck in "waiting for stats..." then no IP or LP was aftwarded after a ranked win

the game appears in my match history and yet no IP or LP was awarded after i won... i was at 41 lp and it hasnt changed i feel like it definetly bugged because it would not take me to the post stats patch where u see the amount of LP u are awarded, i had to skip waiting for stats because it was stuck.
