Gameplay Bug Riven Wallhops (Boxbox Youtube vid included)

Riven's 3rd Q Wallhop Fails (even if its CLEARLY a thin wall) if your mouse is hovered over an enemy champion/minion/neutral

Steps:

1. Press Q twice and go near a thin wall
2. hover over an enemy on the other side of the wall with your mouse
3. press Q for the 3rd time to wall hop and it will fail even if its a thin wall.
