I'm not sure why but I have 120 ranked wins with Quinn and sometimes her vault does not mark Harrier out of 100 games I'm thinking about 5 games or so. I main her now and this is really frustrating I've lost first blood to this once aswell.
Does that happen exactly when you use Vault while Valor is in the process of marking another target?
I could be possible I Had a bunch of videos of it , but lost them. I re watched one clip and as soon as quinn touched singed valor marked a minion. That shouldn't be the issue since I've seen valor mark a minion and the mark of e work swell.
