Ekko's shadow for his R ult

his R over extends a bit and when it does it glitches and spazes out like going through walls or gets stuck. when it gets stuck it actually allows ekko to deal an insane amount of damage when he activates his R. i tried doing it through custom and practice tool with a friend could not recreate it. i went up against this like 10 times. each time ekko started team fights he should have not been able to.

Ex 1 match he walked from outer tower and was at inner tower and ulted into lane back into a fight . his shadow got stuck on the tower.

Ex 2 ekko was going through river mid tower on red side and heading to bot lane by flower on ground. was by bot bush and his shadow was stuck on wall by bush in mid lane where the flower is at and ulted me. when this happened this was crazy amount of damage than normal. i got hit by his ult few time in that match and he had same items
