[GAMEPLAY] Twisted fate pick a card

If a card is selected then you target a unit that dies before an aa can be cast the card disappears. This is most hurtful during farming but also made an impact on teamfights where a champion died and now you dont have your ability anymore. This happened many times over a game. To repeat.

1. select a card
2. target a unit that is just about to die
3. you wont get this far your card will be gone
