Champion Select Draft Mode Bug

I haven't tested this in Blind Pick (mainly cause I don't really like blind pick), but sometimes when I play Normal Draft or Custom Draft, my Champion Select doesn't display any picks anyone makes. I can see that they lock in their champions, but I don't see any champion portrait being displayed, only a black square which usually indicates a player hasn't selected a champion. I can deal with this in Custom Draft cause I can just look over my friends' screens to see their picks, but people sometimes don't even talk at all in Normal Draft. This usually resolves by restarting the client, but I don't want to go into Normal Draft thinking everything's okay when it bugs out and forces me to "dodge".
